In a past-life regression…

I guide you into a deep state of relaxation. Once there, I ask open-ended questions and a story evolves from your answers. The information comes from another time, another place to help you in your current life. It may be a past life, perhaps a future life, a parallel one or even a metaphor. All information is relevant. Why? Because in that deep state of relaxation, our busy mind, you know the one that takes us from point A to point B or reminds us of that we need to pick up some vegetables at the grocery store; well that mind is on pause and the deeper part of ourselves is given permission to speak. You may call it subconscious or higher self; it is also known as the inner voice or inner self, the holy ghost or source. I like to call it my inner sun. Whatever its name, this part of us bubbles up to the surface during a Past-Life regression and… we receive wisdom. Sometimes it may be confirmation of what we have already deduced or intuited about our life. At other times, it may be life changing. It depends on our self-awareness or our readiness to receive this new information. Whatever information we receive at that point, it is the perfect information for us at that moment. It is intended for our highest good. It comes from the most loving part of ourselves. That part that loves us unconditionally.

One of the methods I use is known as the Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique or QHHT. It was developed by Dolores Cannon. What is unique to it is, that after having uncovered one or several stories of other lives, other times and places, I then ask questions directly to your higher self, inner sun or source that you have prepared ahead of time and some that have emerged from the session so far. We may get even deeper information and healing!
